The Rosettex team consists of leading commercial companies, academic institutions, and research organizations, as well as systems analysis and systems integration firms.

Rosettex is closely aligned with the venture capital (VC) community, providing new opportunities for the government to exploit emerging commercial technologies, which can seemingly appear overnight from previously unknown companies. These small and often single-product companies draw their early sustenance from VC investors.

The independent Rosettex Venture Fund also offers Rosettex’s teammates opportunities to commercialize promising developments. This fund provides seed and early-stage capital investment for companies with promising technology and solutions to government needs.

Rosettex manages the National Technology Alliance (NTA) industry partnership for the U.S. Government. Under this program, Rosettex seeks to accelerate the development and deployment of commercial technologies for:

• Imagery and motion imagery processing, geographic information systems (GIS), and cartography
• Management of large volumes of disparate and distributed data to enhance decision-making
• Enhancement of digital infrastructure capabilities, such as telecommunications, storage, and computing
